The procedures carpet cleaning:

1. Carpet inspection: when our staff arrived they will inspect the carpet in order to ascertain which areas require additional attention;

2. Moving the furniture: we will move any furniture on the carpet in order to completely clean the carpet;

3. Preparing for vacuuming: We will prepare the carpet to be vacuum so that we can collect most of the loss dirt. 

4. Pre treatment: our pre treatment makes the stain unpleasant odors disappear;

5. Rinsing and extracting: the environmentally friendly products ensure that the dirt, stains and allergies are removed;

6. After inspection: Once we're done, we will inspect the carpet one more time with the customer so as to be sure that the customer is satisfied.
